Deborah Rees Deborah Rees

Project leader and managing consultant - Deborah has a mixed background in consultancy and line management, working for both Marks and Spencer plc and Nationwide Building Society before joining Towers Perrin in 2000. Deborah has a degree, post graduate diploma and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She has spoken at a number of CIPD and Retail Week conferences, and contributed to research published in ‘People Management’ and ‘Pay and Benefits bulletin’ on HR strategy, organisation design and restructuring issues. She has authored the chapter on Private Sector Pay for the new CIPD “Advanced Reward” loose-leaf publication. Deborah has also been asked to join the CIPD's Vice-President's Reward Forum and recently appeared on BBC Breakfast News. (Blink and you missed it though!)

Justine Franks

Having recently joined Innecto, Justine brings fresh experience of direct line and project management in Reward. Justine has a wealth of experience in reward and recognition across a range of organisations, from both private and public sectors, working with internal clients to achieve commercial solutions that impact both employee motivation and the bottom line. Her areas of expertise include design and implementation of incentive schemes, broadbanded structures and benefits packages. She has worked with London Underground, Woolworths, GlaxoSmithKline and most recently, Post Office Ltd in Reward & Recognition management. Justine has a first class degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

David Rees

David has two main areas of responsibility;

Pay benchmarking practice -  David has recently run the invitation-only Large Housing Association Exec survey, and he specalises in helping organisations to conduct effective salary and total reward benchmarking.

David also works extensively with clients in helping to clarify organisation structure - understanding roles and structures to underpin work in job evaluation, performance management and pay structures. This has involved work in job evaluation and job description development with The Crown Estate, Fremantle Media and Channel 4.

Gary Muller

Specialist job evaluation consultant, with industry leading experience in designing points-based job evaluation plans linked to factors for both private and public sector organisations. He has worked with Channel 4, Random House, and CEHR on developing bespoke Job Evaluation systems.

Emer Bucukoglu

Senior pay analyst working on a variety of pay structures, pay benchmarking projects and bonus plans analysis. Emer has recently joined us after working as a Reward Consultant for Watson Wyatt, and as a HR Consultant for Abbey.

Tara Pickard

Tara has extensive experience in managing pay benchmarking exercises for clients, and has recently been involved in developing pay structures for Thus plc, The Link and Spinvox Ltd.  She has a detailed knowledge of many salary survey organisations and works closely with clients to advise them on their best pay data solution.

Lindsay is our Office manager, who runs the back office, invoicing, accounts and administration. Lindsay has a B.A. in French, and previous experience in a variety of telecoms organisations.
