Market pay benchmarking is useful in knowing whether you are making a competitive offer, but it can be a long and resource-hungry operation to identify, data clean, submit and analyse the results. One of our clients, faced with a huge agenda for change in Reward, decided to outsource to us all the leg-work of finding suitable surveys, checking and submitting data and pulling together the results.
