Book Club Associates (BCA) are a well-known name, and part of the wider Bertlesmann Group. Recent changes to the business stratgey have led them to re-locating all employees to their Swindon Head Office. It was time for a re-think on pay and benefits. We developed a simple job families model for them, with pay bands based on market data and their own pay actuals. Finally, we helped them think through their benefit and bonus offering.
