Deborah Rees asked to provide expert knowledge for leading reward publication - Innecto Director Deborah Rees is pending publication in The Compensation Handbook (5th edition Berger & Berger). The piece, entitled "State of the art performance rewards: winning the talent wars", is due to be published in early 2008 by McGraw-Hill.  The chapter will be available to download soon here.
